Chapter 3 – Sewer 

Note 10: The Doctor Is Dead
After flushing the water, passing through the lower sewer and climbing up the ladder on the other side, head down the lit corridor then enter the room on the left and film the inmate in the corner.

Document 12: Still Bleeding
When moving through the dark flooded area you’ll drop down from the catwalk just past a body hanging on the railing. Move forward and climb up onto the next section of catwalk, then follow it to a room at the end and look by the body in the corner.
