An Unexpected Party
At Your Service
Minikit #1 (Free Play)
At the end of the first hallway is a Mithril lock. Bust through with Saruman to open a door to the Bilbo's backyard. Out here, there are five garden gnomes. Bust all five of these apart for a minikit.
Minikit #2 (Free Play)
There is a sick goat in the southern part of the yard. Heal him with Radagast to earn another minikit.
Minikit #3 (Free Play)
There's a dirt patch in the middle of the yard--use a shovel-wielder to dig a crank handle out of it. Use this on the nearby well to pull up a minikit.
Minikit #4 (Free Play)
Now head through the lower door to enter Bilbo's cellar. In here, there are three wine racks to assemble. The first can be constructed from the grate near the stairs, the second from the wraith bricks near the stairs, and the third from the pieces near the table. Build all three to receive a minikit.
Minikit #5 (Free Play)
There's a Morgul chest under the stairs. Use an evil character like Sauron to bust it open for another minikit.
Minikit #6 (Free Play)
There are two slingshot targets on the left side of the room. Use a slingshot character to set these to green on the left and red on the right--this lowers the gate. Now use a flail-wielder to yank open the wine barrel, freeing a minikit.
Minikit #7 (Free Play)
Finally, use a Goblin character to scale the left wall and snag one last minikit down here.

Minikit #8 (Story Mode)
To get this, you'll have to construct three maps of The Shire. You can build the first once Balin arrives. In the new room, smash up thechest to the right of the fireplace. This will create some loose bricks you can build into the first map.
The second is in the following room. Smash up the chest near the wooden door for more loose pieces you can build.
You'll find the last piece while gathering food. After smashing the shelf to reach the drink, smash the chest in the back and build the loose studs that remain into the third map.
Minikit #9 (Free Play)
By the fireplace is a chandelier. Pull it down with a flail-user to bust up the table, revealing a dirt patch. Dig this up with a shovel character to earn a minikit.
Minikit #10 (Free Play)
For the final minikit, use Saruman to blast away the Mithril guard around the fireplace. This spawns the final kit.
