Aquaman director James Wan has found the perfect bit of sea to film Aquaman in

While audiences will have seen quite a bit of Jason Momoa's Aquaman by the end of next year, James Wan will have the best opportunity to develop and explore the character with the King of Atlantis' solo movie in 2018.

The director - who is pretty active on social media - recently took to his Instagram page to share a beautiful pic of a potential shooting location for the movie, with a caption that reads "What a gorgeous, picturesque location. Maybe for a movie of high sea-adventures? #amalficoast"

It's likely that a good portion of Aquaman will be filmed in a water tank, but the castle could easily pass for Atlantis with a bit of CGI tinkering. If that doesn't come to pass, then at least Wan got a cool pic out of his vacation...

Directed by Zack Snyder and starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Mamoa, Ezra Miller, and Ray Fisher, Justice League: Part 1 is currently scheduled for a November 17, 2017 release.
