Chapter 3

Achievement:

You’re In The Way (10g)

This achievement is easiest to obtain in the Cut and Paste level of Chapter 3. The cage monster wanders around a square platform in the center of the level. After both Ilo and Milo are on the same platform, approach the cage monster from opposite angles to trap it between the two. Move forward to break it open, finishing the level and nailing the achievement.

1) Pick up the single block and cross the gap to the central platform. Use the block again to reach the second single block. Use both blocks to cross the gap and reach the yellow safka.

2) Switch to Milo, take the first carpet you come to and pick up the picture gallery piece. Backtrack and pick up the flying block, place it in the gap in front of you and ride it up.

3) Pick up the flying block and use the carpet to the side. Walk to the second cube, turn around and place the flying block on the carpet cube. This allows you to access the green safka

Paper Perfection

1) Pick up the single block and cross the gap to the central platform. Use the block again to reach the second single block. Use both blocks to cross the gap and reach the yellow safka.

2) Switch to Milo, take the first carpet you come to and pick up the picture gallery piece. Backtrack and pick up the flying block, place it in the gap in front of you and ride it up.

Paper Perfection

1) Switch to Ilo, grab the flying block, use the carpet and hand it off to Milo.

2) As Milo, place the flying block to the left of your starting cube.

3) Switch to Ilo, walk to your starting location and ride the flying cube down to the level below. Here you will find the green safka. Ride the block back up.

4) Switch to Milo, pick up the flying block and place it in the gap near the pillar Ilo was walking on. Ride the block up, pick it up and use the carpet to the side to reach the purple safka.

5) Place the flying block to the side of the carpet cube attached to the long pillar. This will allow you to ride the block to the soundtrack gallery piece, which is on a small, hidden platform.

6) Ride back down and trap the cage monster to obtain the yellow safka. Use the carpets to unite.

Scribbled World

1) Switch to Ilo, grab the flying block, use the carpet and hand it off to Milo.

2) As Milo, place the flying block to the left of your starting cube.

3) Switch to Ilo, walk to your starting location and ride the flying cube down to the level below. Here you will find the green safka. Ride the block back up.

4) Switch to Milo, pick up the flying block and place it in the gap near the pillar Ilo was walking on. Ride the block up, pick it up and use the carpet to the side to reach the purple safka.

5) Place the flying block to the side of the carpet cube attached to the long pillar. This will allow you to ride the block to the soundtrack gallery piece, which is on a small, hidden platform.

6) Ride back down and trap the cage monster to obtain the yellow safka. Use the carpets to unite.

Scribbled World

1) Use the carpet and turn along the bottom of your original path to reach the picture gallery piece. Continue to the second carpet and grab the flying block. Back track across the second carpet and place the block on the first carpet cube. Ride it over to the purple safka.

2) Pick up the flying block and walk to the side of your starting location. Place the block past one of the ledges to ride it up and grab the soundtrack gallery piece. Use the carpet on this platform to reach the green safka.

3) Ride the block back down to the starting platform, pick it up and follow the carpets. Place the flying block on the last carpet cube and ride it to access the platform with the cube stealer.

4) Switch to Ilo, grab the single block and bridge the gap near Milo. Use both characters to trap the cage creature to obtain the yellow safka and unite.

White Balance

1) Use the carpet and turn along the bottom of your original path to reach the picture gallery piece. Continue to the second carpet and grab the flying block. Back track across the second carpet and place the block on the first carpet cube. Ride it over to the purple safka.

2) Pick up the flying block and walk to the side of your starting location. Place the block past one of the ledges to ride it up and grab the soundtrack gallery piece. Use the carpet on this platform to reach the green safka.

3) Ride the block back down to the starting platform, pick it up and follow the carpets. Place the flying block on the last carpet cube and ride it to access the platform with the cube stealer.

4) Switch to Ilo, grab the single block and bridge the gap near Milo. Use both characters to trap the cage creature to obtain the yellow safka and unite.

White Balance

1) Collect the single block. Circle around the path to the right and pick up the picture gallery piece. Place the block near the moving beast on the cube plate to direct it toward the apple cube and over the plunger button. Ride the beast to reach the purple safka.

2) Switch to Milo and ride the plunger block to reach the extend block. Use the block to get back to the other side and head toward the circular platform. Walk around the platform to reach the yellow safka. Use the carpet to reach the soundtrack gallery piece.

3) Backtrack to the original pathway and use the extend cube to reach the second plunger button. This will allow you to reach the platform Ilo is on. Before uniting, use the extend block to reach the green safka.

Floating Cardboard Box

1) Collect the single block. Circle around the path to the right and pick up the picture gallery piece. Place the block near the moving beast on the cube plate to direct it toward the apple cube and over the plunger button. Ride the beast to reach the purple safka.

2) Switch to Milo and ride the plunger block to reach the extend block. Use the block to get back to the other side and head toward the circular platform. Walk around the platform to reach the yellow safka. Use the carpet to reach the soundtrack gallery piece.

3) Backtrack to the original pathway and use the extend cube to reach the second plunger button. This will allow you to reach the platform Ilo is on. Before uniting, use the extend block to reach the green safka.

Floating Cardboard Box

1) Switch to Ilo, pick up the single block and direct the moving beast down the carpets so that it eats through the apple cubes and presses the plunger button. Be sure to grab the yellow safka. Place the single block next to the plunger block.

2) Switch to Milo and travel along the now-accessible pathway to pick up the trap block. Place it next to the single block.

3) Switch to Ilo and pick up the trap door block. Place it on the far side of the plunger block, drop through and pick up the green safka. Backtrack up a carpet near the plunger button with the trap door block in hand. Place it at the end of the pathway, fall through and grab the soundtrack gallery piece.

4) Use the trap door to return, pick it up and hand it off to Milo.

5) Switch to Milo, pick up the trap door block and place it on the edge of your current pathway, facing out from the level. Fall through, pick up the block and snag the picture gallery piece and purple safka from the central pathway.

6) Use the carpets to reach the square pathway that the moving beast is traveling on. Use the trap door block to fall through and use the carpets to unite.

Origami

1) Switch to Ilo, pick up the single block and direct the moving beast down the carpets so that it eats through the apple cubes and presses the plunger button. Be sure to grab the yellow safka. Place the single block next to the plunger block.

2) Switch to Milo and travel along the now-accessible pathway to pick up the trap block. Place it next to the single block.

3) Switch to Ilo and pick up the trap door block. Place it on the far side of the plunger block, drop through and pick up the green safka. Backtrack up a carpet near the plunger button with the trap door block in hand. Place it at the end of the pathway, fall through and grab the soundtrack gallery piece.

4) Use the trap door to return, pick it up and hand it off to Milo.

5) Switch to Milo, pick up the trap door block and place it on the edge of your current pathway, facing out from the level. Fall through, pick up the block and snag the picture gallery piece and purple safka from the central pathway.

6) Use the carpets to reach the square pathway that the moving beast is traveling on. Use the trap door block to fall through and use the carpets to unite.

Origami

1) Use the carpet and grab the picture gallery piece. Use the second carpet to grab the flying block, return to your starting location and place it on the cube plate.

2) Switch to Milo, grab the flying block. Place it one cube away from the cube extension opposite the carpet cube on the platform. Walk around the platform so that the cage monster runs away from you into the grounded flying cube. This will force the cage monster to run up the extension, hop the gap and use the carpet.

3) Pick up the flying block and move into the cage creature to snag the yellow safka. Use the carpets to reach the green safka. Place the flying block on the cube plate. Use the carpet and ride the flying block to the next section.

4) Once on the other side, pick up the flying block, use the carpet and place the block to make a path to the section above with the extend block. Ride over, grab the extend block and the purple safka.

5) Backtrack, use the carpet near you and cross the gap using the extend block to unite.

Color Vision

1) Use the carpet and grab the picture gallery piece. Use the second carpet to grab the flying block, return to your starting location and place it on the cube plate.

2) Switch to Milo, grab the flying block. Place it one cube away from the cube extension opposite the carpet cube on the platform. Walk around the platform so that the cage monster runs away from you into the grounded flying cube. This will force the cage monster to run up the extension, hop the gap and use the carpet.

3) Pick up the flying block and move into the cage creature to snag the yellow safka. Use the carpets to reach the green safka. Place the flying block on the cube plate. Use the carpet and ride the flying block to the next section.

4) Once on the other side, pick up the flying block, use the carpet and place the block to make a path to the section above with the extend block. Ride over, grab the extend block and the purple safka.

5) Backtrack, use the carpet near you and cross the gap using the extend block to unite.

Color Vision

1) Grab the single block, cross the gap. Place the cube directly opposite the block of where you got it so the moving beast is rerouted. As soon as the beast turns around, pick up the block and cross the gap to the side you started on.

2) Place the block along the ledge of the level in the same section where the apple cube is located. It should be positioned so the moving beast is rerouted to move toward the wall with the apple cube.

3) Pick up the same block once more and drop it in the cab kitty-corner from the apple cube. If done correctly, the moving beast will eat through the cube and open the path. Drop the cube into the path and stand on top of the moving beast.

4) Switch to Ilo, pick up the cube and route the moving beast into the remaining apple cube on the path. Backtrack into the path that was opened by the first cube to find the purple safka.

5) Continue forward, moving the beast toward the platform with the soundtrack gallery piece which can be reached by Milo. Grab the yellow safka and route the beast in the direction it came from which will cause it to use the carpet so milo can reach the green safka.

6) Finally, route the moving beast so that it walks to the cube with two carpets on it. Switch to Milo and walk off the beast and unite.

Sketchy Sky

1) Grab the single block, cross the gap. Place the cube directly opposite the block of where you got it so the moving beast is rerouted. As soon as the beast turns around, pick up the block and cross the gap to the side you started on.

2) Place the block along the ledge of the level in the same section where the apple cube is located. It should be positioned so the moving beast is rerouted to move toward the wall with the apple cube.

3) Pick up the same block once more and drop it in the cab kitty-corner from the apple cube. If done correctly, the moving beast will eat through the cube and open the path. Drop the cube into the path and stand on top of the moving beast.

4) Switch to Ilo, pick up the cube and route the moving beast into the remaining apple cube on the path. Backtrack into the path that was opened by the first cube to find the purple safka.

5) Continue forward, moving the beast toward the platform with the soundtrack gallery piece which can be reached by Milo. Grab the yellow safka and route the beast in the direction it came from which will cause it to use the carpet so milo can reach the green safka.

6) Finally, route the moving beast so that it walks to the cube with two carpets on it. Switch to Milo and walk off the beast and unite.

Sketchy Sky

1) Grab the flying block, place it in the gap ahead and ride it to the top level. Use the carpets to reach the green safka and picture gallery piece. Continue forward, using all the carpets to reach the purple safka. Place the flying block on the far end of the carpet cube.

2) Backtrack and grab the single block. Use the carpets and place it so that it blocks the flying block’s landing spot. This will allow you to reposition the flying block so it reaches Ilo’s platform.

3) Switch to Ilo, cross the gap and pick up the yellow safka. Ride the flying block up, but before uniting, use the single block to trap the flying block in a position that allows you to reach the platform with the soundtrack gallery piece. Finally, unite.

1) Grab the flying block, place it in the gap ahead and ride it to the top level. Use the carpets to reach the green safka and picture gallery piece. Continue forward, using all the carpets to reach the purple safka. Place the flying block on the far end of the carpet cube.
