How to get Ancient Bone in Palworld
You'll see Palworld Ancient Bone in some of the more exotic crafting recipes for Ancient Technologies, but finding it isn't easy
Palworld Ancient Bone is perhaps one of the rarest resources in the game, found only in one very small and very secluded location. In fact, there's not even a Fast Travel point on the island on which you'll find Ancient Bone in Palworld, so you'll need a good water or flying mount to hand.
You see, you'll only find Ancient Bone at the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a forcefield-protected island off the northeast coast of the Dessicated Dunes. Once you finally make your way over the ocean, you're problems are far from over, as you can read below.
How to get Palworld Ancient Bone
As I mentioned above, Palworld Ancient Bone can only be found at the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary, which is set off the coast of the Dessicated Desert. You'll find the resource by mining skeletal remains in this area - note that skeletal remains found in other areas of Palpagos don't drop Ancient Bone.
The No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary in the forcefield-protected island to the northeast of the Dessicated Desert, and there is no Fast Travel point there, so you'll need to use either the Deep Sand Dunes or The Furthest Flats travel points.
Once you get to the island, getting Ancient Bone is far from easy, as there are level 50+ Alpha Pals roaming the area, and security drones parading the skies. You must, therefore, stealth around the island to get in and out alive. By crouching and avoiding the red scanner of the drones, you can make your way to skeletal remains, mine them, and get out - but always keep one eye on your surroundings.

After studying Music and Lifestyle journalism and writing a column for a stylish lifestyle magazine in her hometown of Brighton, Danielle finally found her feet writing about videogames for WePC in 2021. She then honed her guides writing skills at PCGamesN between 2022 and 2026, when she took those skills to GamesRadar as a Guides Writer. Danielle's guides are a safe space - she definitely got stuck before you did, which is why she's perfect for the job. When she's not replaying the Silent Hill games or a more up-to-date single-player horror game, you'll find her fighting for her life in Dead by Daylight, tending to a garden in Stardew Valley, or doing both in Minecraft.
