While Avengers: Doomsday might have a supersized cast list, Thunderbolts star Lewis Pullman has put fears of cameo overload to rest.
Pullman plays Bob/Sentry in the MCU, and he's set to return in the Russo brothers-directed Marvel Phase 6 film along with his fellow Thunderbolts.
"Every character has their moment that builds the dimensions of them,” he told Esquire. "The Russo brothers did that so well. They do not want anyone just sitting in the background. They really took to heart the responsibility of having some of the best actors in the world all together. There's a lot of really exciting pair-ups that happen. A lot of fans will be really excited. It's so fun to dream about. What if A and B would work together? Would B and D would work together? You get to see a lot of those fantasies come into fruition."
So far, despite no less than four trailers, a lot of Doomsday is still shrouded in mystery. We do know that Chris Evans will be back as Steve Rogers, who now has a child, and, of course, Earth's Mightiest Heroes will be going up against Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom. Plus, the Fox X-Men will return, and the Fantastic Four meet the Wakandans, while Chris Hemsworth's Thor gears up for a new fight.
The rest of the cast list includes the likes of Anthony Mackie's Captain America, Paul Rudd's Ant-Man, and many, many more.
Avengers: Doomsday arrives this December 18. In the meantime, fill out your watchlist with our guide to all the upcoming Marvel movies and shows.
