Panessa Studios Riddles

When you enter Stage A, take a right and enter the small office. Scan the poster/trophy case in here to solve.
"You? A father figure? Don't make me laugh. You overwork and break your staff."
This one will have to wait until you near the end of the game. Upon returning to Panessa Studios for the last time, you'll find Robin's staff broken on the ground in front of his cell. Scan it to solve the riddle.
"She and her love are no longer together, she'll keep the flames burning forever and ever."
Near the Stage A entrance is voice-activated lock. Hit it with the Voice Synthesizer to open the path to a freaky Joker shrine. Scan this to solve.

Quarantine Cells
There's a locked gate just before the Backstage Area, and getting it open takes some doing. First, you need to send a Remote Controlled Batarang through the sparks at the top of the giant computer by cells to charge it, then guide it through the upper window all the way down to the switch on the other side of the gate. Now you can grab that trophy on the other side.

Head up the stairs by the previous trophy to find a Riddler puzzle. You need to shut off every switch, but each one will trigger the switches diagonal to it. To solve the puzzle, hit the switches in an L shape, starting with the bottom middle (a backwards L works too).

En route to the Backstage Area is a large door you can slip through. Inside, you'll find another Riddler puzzle. It's pretty easy to solve, but you will need the Fear Takedown x5 upgrade. Slip through the vent to find yourself behind a wood panel, facing the five Riddler bots. Defeat one, and a timer will start - the only way to get them all in the time limit is with the Fear Takedown upgrade. Do this to open the trophy cage in the room you just left.
Backstage Area
Found the in the middle of the room; look for this robot and hook him with the Batclaw to reveal the trophy and yank it down to you.

Return here later in the game, and the statue in the middle of the room will have become a puzzle of its own. The device attached to the statue can be rotated with by shooting the generator with the Remote Electrical Charge, and you can change direction using a Batarang on the attached Riddler switch. To solve the puzzle, you have to make the device stop at the markers for Stage B, A, and C - in that order. Avoid going over the marker near the trophy or the puzzle will reset.
Backstage Area
By the entrance to Stage A is a locked gate; shoot the generator above with the Remote Electrical Charge to open the way. The Riddler puzzle in here seems tricky, but it's not bad. You need to quickly step on three pressure pads spread across some electrical panels. Step on the first, zip to the second with the Line Launcher, then use the Line Launcher while zipping back across to get the third pad down the last passageway.
Backstage Area
In the northern hallway is a steam valve you can seal with the Freeze Blast. Grapple to the ledge it was blocking to find yourself standing above an armed Riddler bot and an ammo supply. Use the Disrupter to sabotage the ammo supply, then use the Voice Synthesizer to command the bot to interact with the supply, short circuiting it. This will unlock the trophy.

Near the Stage C entrance is a closed gate. Blast the generator above it with the Remote Electrical Charge to open the way. The room is littered with 8 more generators, so label them clockwise in your head. Shoot them in this order: 1, 5, 7, 3, 2, 4, 8, 6. Now take that trophy!

There's also a crumbling wall near the Stage C entrance - blow through with Explosive Gel to find it. Stand on the switch and send the Remote Controlled Batarang through the vent. You'll have to steer it into two switches, then through some electricity and into a dead generator. This will open the way to the trophy.
Stage A
Upon entering, take a right to enter a small office. Note the Riddler marks on the wall: blue, green, red, yellow. Now enter the control room directly across from the office to find a Riddler puzzle. Step on the pad to light up the colored switches, then hit them to change colors. Match them to the lights in the office to net yourself a trophy.

Directly behind the backdrop is a trophy guarded by a pair of sentry turrets. Use the Remote Hacking Device to temporarily disable one, giving you an opportunity to dismantle the other. Take them both out to win a trophy.
Stage A
In the back corner of the room is this robot. Use the Batclaw to rip out his chest, revealing a generator and some rotating shields. Time your shots to hit it enough times, and it will overload and free the nearby trophy.
Stage B
Near the entrance is a trophy inside a spinning fan. Use the Remote Hacking Device on the console above to stop the blades, letting you grab it.
Stage B
Found in the windowed room in the southern part of the stage. Slip through the vent to find a Riddler puzzle in the back corner. Simply hit the open valves with Freeze Blast to force the trophy to the other end of the tube, where you can pick it up.

There's another puzzle in the other windowed room on this end of the set. Step on the switch to light up a Riddler switch outside, then send a Remote Controlled Battery through the vent on the other side of the room and steer it into said switch to free the trophy.
Stage B
There's another puzzle on a scaffolding in the western side of the room. It's a little tricky. First, hit the generator with the Remote Electrical Charge to lower the lead sheet nearby. Now spray Explosive Gel on the inside of that sheet. Hit the generator with the opposite charge to raise the sheet, and detonate the gel to blow out the cracked wall above. Now you can grapple to a trophy up there.
Stage B
Just before the back office is a grate you can drop through. Down here you'll find a pair of mines. Use the Disrupter's Sabotage Mine upgrade to get rid of them, then slide through the opening to grab the trophy on the other side.
Stage B
This puzzle is found above the back office where you apprehend Christina Bell - grapple through the grate to reach it. Use the Line Launcher to wire walk your way over the electrical panels, then turn around at the end of the hall to a pair of steam vents. Seal these with the Freeze Blast, then grapple up and follow the attic back to the trophy.
Stage C
This won't appear to later in the game, but there will be a caged trophy by the mirror at the end of the entryway. You'll spot the Riddler switch in the mirror itself, but there's a catch: the switch turns off if you face it in any way. To get around this, you need to crawl through the nearby vent, then send a Remote Controlled Batarang all the way back through. Tricky, huh?
Stage C
Return to Stage C proper to find a new puzzle rigged in the middle of the room. Step up to the podium and hit the button to start a little game. A series of words will flash before you, but you need to remember the color of the words, and hit the corresponding switches. The first round is blue, green, red, yellow. The second is yellow, green, blue, blue, yellow, red. The final is green, blue, yellow, red, blue, red, yellow, green. Finish all three rounds for a trophy prize.
Stage C
In the same room is a slot machine, with consoles you can activate with the Remote Hacking Device. Line up four of a kind to release the trophy.
