Pawnee ctOS Centre

Start your infiltration of this Centre from the dock to the west of the island.

Head forwards past the crates to the central path, avoiding being spotted by the guards on either side, then hack the camera ahead.

The guard carrying a shotgun and patrolling around the building on your left has the access code, so hack him.

Now turn left to hack the camera further up the path, then look left again and hack the hidden camera of the guard on the far path by the water.

When the guard looks up the path ahead, explode the junction box so they go to investigate.

As they reach the top, hack the Building Security Router.

Complete the hacking puzzle to reach the Access Point, then unlock it.
