Badges, Item Sets, and Packs
While completing Item Sets, Solo Challenges and Head to Head Season games you’ll notice that part of your reward will contain Badges. These are necessary for completing almost any Item Set. There are 4 levels of Badge; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Elite. You can also trade in 10 of a level to get one badge of a higher level. There are Item Sets located in the Vault to do this.
While in the Vault, there you can see how many badges are required for sets. When traded in, these can get you awesome Flashback players, such as a 1999 version of Champ Bailey, Alternate Jerseys, or even “Quicksell” packs that can get you coin rewards.
PRO TIP - As you beat these challenges, whenever you reach 7,500 coins purchase a Pro Pack from the store. This will get you 1 player that is Gold or better, 2 that are Silver or better, 3 that are Bronze or better, as well as a mix of Team cards (stadiums, playbooks, coaches). Since your team has such a low overall to start with, this will be the fastest way to build up your squad.
After you beat all the Training Camp Solo Challenges and buy a few packs, your team is starting to look better. Now you can being targeting individual players rather than just getting packs.
