Flag #11

Northwest Safe House
Travel to the safe house at the northwest corner of the map. The safe house is at the top of the building. Look around the edges of the roof to find the flag.

Flag #12

Uninhabitable Building, Northwest
Look for the pair of buildings that you can only excess on the exterior. Climb up the balconies to reach the rooftop.

Flag #13

Uninhabitable Building, Northwest
Like the nearby building with Flag #12, you can only access this building from the outside. Climb to the rooftop and be mindful of the electrified surfaces and the zombies.
