FLOODED JUNGLE
Secret files #1: When you return the supplies to Marcus Villa, you can find these files under his bed.
Secret File #2: This file can be found in the Dead Zone in Halai when doing the Quest “Where the Dead Live” for Marcus Villa. You can find this in the room where the supplies for Marcus are located.
Secret File #3: To find this file, go to the hut directly east of Hanging Joe in the northern central part of the flooded jungle. To find the file, you’ll need to go through a floor trap door in the hut to get in the basement, but the trap door will only appear when you accept the “White Line” mission from Bruce in Halai.
Secret File #4: Once you have talked to Dr. Kessler in the Biosphere, enter the next set of doors and the files will be on the ground to the left.
Secret File #5: When you need to get the key to exit the tunnels, this file is on the ground beside the bed in the small room where the key is located.
HENDERSON
Secret File #6: When you enter the Comm-Room in the military base, look on the far side of the room in the middle to find it on the table there.
Secret file #7: When you are in the Military base, the secret file can be found on the table next to the fast travel station at the north of the map.
Secret File #8: When you reach the helicopter crash in Fort Henderson during the mission “The Crash”, you can find this file in the chopper.
Secret File #9: This can be found in the quarantine zone just before you head down the stairs to the docks. Look behind the stack of crates beside the white tent across from the stairs leading down to the docks.
