For the 7th anniversary celebration you'll find Birthday Cakes in Fortnite have been delivered to ten different named locations, which means that you'll find them at many but not all of the main places of interest. Look out for the large cakes surrounded by smaller slices, with brightly colored bunches of balloons surrounding them. How to eat slices of birthday cake in Fortnite
To eat slices of birthday cake in Fortnite, simply approach any of the plates on the ground surrounding the large centerpiece and follow the Consume prompt to chomp it down. There are eight slices of birthday cake surrounding each main cake, but naturally if another player has already eaten them then you'll have to look elsewhere. Each slice of birthday cake consumed provides +10 health or shields, but you should still be able to eat it even if your stats are maxed out.
