This sale on Pokemon cards, plushies, and more is the most super-effective bargain I've seen in a while

All eyes may be on the launch of a certain Nintendo console, but that doesn't mean the world has come to a stop. You can currently save a mess of cash on Pokemon cards, merch, plushies, and more in Amazon's Pokemon Week sale.

To my surprise, these discounts are pretty good. I'd been anticipating the usual offenders (a few pounds off boosters here, a discount on third-party bootleg Pokemon card binders there), but the offers genuinely deserve a look. As an example, the Charizard ex Super Premium Collection with a Charizard statue, unique cards, and boosters is a quid away from its lowest ever price - it's £63.49 at Amazon instead of £80. Meanwhile, the beginner-friendly Pokemon Battle Academy hasn't ever been cheaper than the current £17.49 at Amazon. Throw in plushies, toys, books, and more for a super-effective sale.

You can check out the full range via the link below, but I've also rounded up a few choice selections that caught my eye. Even if you're not buying for you, they'd make excellent gifts for gamers.

Charizard ex Super Premium Collection | £79.99 £63.49 at Amazon
Save £16 - It may not be this pack's lowest ever price, but it's only a pound or so off a record low. Actually, this is an even better deal than it seems because the Charizard ex Super Premium Collection is usually averaging £76 or thereabouts. Actually, it hasn't dipped much below that in around a year.

For more cool gear of the Nintendo variety, why not take a look at where to buy Nintendo Switch 2 on launch week? I kinda feel like that's what the rest of us are doing.
