To redeem MLB The Show 26 codes, you need to visit the official redemption page on The Show website. To use this, you'll have to set up an MLB The Show account if you don't have one already and then link it to your PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch account, so your reward can be transferred to your game. With that done, use the REDEEM CODE text box to enter a promo, then hit the SUBMIT button and you should see a screen like the one above confirming your reward.
If the code doesn't appear to work initially then keep trying, as there have been some teething problems with the website.
