Disney Plus (ads) + Hulu (ads) + ESPN Unlimited (ads) | $29.99 per month
Save $23.98 - This is by far and away the best Disney Plus bundle we've been able to find for sports fans, and it remains unbeaten in terms of sheer value. Namely, Disney and Hulu cost $11.99p/m each while ESPN Unlimited is normally $29.99 per month by itself. That's a total of $53.97, making this much less painful on your bank balance.

✅ You want best overall value
✅ You want something for everyone

Don't buy it if:
❌ You aren't a fan of ads

Disney Plus (no ads) + Hulu (no ads) + ESPN Unlimited | $38.99 per month
Save $28.98 - In terms of the biggest saving, this wins without any sort of contest. Although it still combines Disney, Hulu, and ESPN into one package, the first two come without ads so that you can avoid those pesky breaks. With the separate cost of all these setting you back almost $70 per month, that $39 Disney Plus bundle looks mighty fine.

Buy it if:
✅ You hate ads
✅ You want something for everyone

Don't buy it if:
❌ You don't mind ads

Price check:
💲 Disney Plus (no ads) | $18.99p/m

Can you find any Disney Plus bundles in Canada or Australia? I have bad news - none are available in those regions, and it doesn't look like any will be available in the short term.

With that in mind, your best and cheapest option in Australia would be the Standard subscriptions (without ads, but in HD) for $13.99p/m. Meanwhile, Canadian readers can grab the service for $8.99p/m with ads (or $12.99p/m without ads in HD resolution).

Are Disney Plus bundles worth it?

They're not always cheap, but Disney Plus bundles can be better value for money than most other streaming discounts, due to the fact they last indefinitely rather than just for a few months. Plus, the supplementary streamers fill gaps in Disney Plus' own programming.

Take, for example, the bundle that combines Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN Select for $19.99 per month. While Disney Plus does a lot, sports isn't part of its repertoire, and it doesn't show mature shows like Hulu does. This trio is the perfect marriage; as we said in our Disney Plus review, the House of Mouse's streaming service has a few gaps, and these other streamers fill in the holes.

Which Disney Plus bundle should you get?

Some of the Disney Plus bundles are easy to decide on. For example, your interest in sports will dictate whether you pick up a combo that includes ESPN, or if you opt for HBO Max, as there aren't any bundles which have both.

But should you pick up those extra streamers, or just Hulu? Well, that depends on your appetite for TV shows. If you like to spend a lot of your time watching series, or prefer to keep on top of all the new shows everyone's talking about, it's well worth having access to more streamers. But if a streaming service is a thing you check out now and then, you don't need the three-streamer bundles.

Can you get Disney Plus without Star?

If you live outside the US, there's no way of getting Disney Plus without Star shows and movies joining the library. Star, for those who don't know, is where the streamer's more grown-up dramas go.

This is because while Star is a different service in the US, that's not the case in regions like the UK and Australia, and it's all part of Disney Plus. While you can click on the Star menu, that's all you get: a separate menu. It's where shows like Grey's Anatomy and Family are put, just like how the Star Wars banner holds all the Jedi adventures.

Is there a discount for Disney Plus bundles?

Disney Plus bundles don't usually get discounts, but that's because the price is already reduced. Indeed, the Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN Select combo (with ads) for $19.99 per month saves you around $16 compared to buying them separately. It's a similar story with the no-ads version of the offer; you're getting $20 off in that case. Similarly, the Disney Plus, Hulu, and Max bundle is $19.99 per month rather than almost $35.

Meanwhile, the UK is able to save £54 or thereabouts on six months of no-ads Disney Plus with an O2 contract. Although it's not as good as the Hulu and ESPN bundle listed above, that's still pretty decent overall.

Will Disney Plus bundles increase in price?

Although I'd love to say that the cost of Disney Plus bundles will stay the same for the foreseeable future, I just can't; the truth is that they almost certainly won't. That's because we've already seen a few price hikes since launch, and it seems like the streaming service updates its pricing toward the end of each year in the US and UK. (It seems a little less predictable in Australia and Canada, but is somewhat less relevant because those regions don't have bundles yet.)

However, that isn't to say you'll be paying loads more. As mentioned on our guide to the Disney Plus price increase, it usually only bumps up by a dollar or so overall.
