We're getting closer to the return of Black Friday Meta Quest deals. With the next two months filled to the brim with ways to get all sorts of gaming hardware for cheaper, I'm here to give you the lowdown on if this swanky VR tech is worth buying right now, and what your best play is if you're looking to shop during the Black Friday swing. There aren't any new Quest headsets this year, which means we're far more likely to get deals on what's already on the shelves.
The last two years haven't been heavy hitters in the headset deals department, mainly because both the Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S were brand-new releases when Black Friday rolled around. However, Quest isn't the only brand worth considering these days. There's also PSVR 2, HTC, Pico (if you're not in the US), and legacy PCVR headsets to think about. I think this could be a big year for all of these brands trying to outdo one another on price, and with more VR competition set to arrive soon, it's all-out war.
With all the Black Friday gaming deals going on at this time of year, and potentially the best VR headsets discounted, it's best to plan so you know how much money you'll need to spend. Black Friday Meta Quest deals officially kick off on November 28, 2025. However, every year, the deals seem to continue into December. We'd recommend keeping an eye on Cyber Monday events and preparing for the best offers to hit the shelves when the holiday season starts.

What to expect from Black Friday Meta Quest deals in 2025
The Meta Quest 3S has now been on the shelves for a year, which means the full-fat Quest 3 is turning two years old. This is the first Black Friday since either of them hit the shelves when there isn't a new Quest device launching, which in my eyes, means that it's far more likely we see new deals, great discount offerings, and perhaps even a new bundle.
The 512GB Quest 3 remains an enthusiast-level option, and its price has just dropped to $499 since the Quest 3S devices arrived. The Quest 3S starts at 128GB and has a price of $299, but its higher capacity 256GB model will set you back $399. At present, you can still get Batman Arkham Shadow at no extra cost with any purchase of a Quest 3 or 3S, depending on where you buy from, but availability for that bundle has been waning in 2025. The 128GB has a new bundle if you buy at Amazon, meanwhile it seems the 256GB model still has full access to its Batman bundle and 3 month subscription to Meta Quest+.
Also this year, we've seen the arrival of the Quest 3S Xbox Limited Edition, which admittedly lasted longer on the shelves than most Limited Editions of anything tend to. I can't currently find it at Best Buy, which may mean it's sold out, but it wouldn't surprise me if we see a return with a discount or other bundle offering of some kind when Black Friday arrives.
Much more possible, in my eyes, is that we get a new bundle for all 3 Quest 3 models. Deadpool VR is set for launch soon, and given Meta's involvement in its development, and that the game is going to be exclusive to Quest devices, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that game gets bundled with them for the next year.
What's more certain is that some of the best Meta Quest accessories will continue to see big discounts. These always make up the majority of the deals we find, and they're a fantastic way to improve your headset's quality of life. Will you go for a new head strap that extends your battery life? Will you grab a charging stand so your controllers don't constantly run out of life? Or will you get yourself a carrying case so you can take some spatial computing power on the go? These types of things are always discounted during Black Friday, so if nothing else, prepare for those.
