Sign Out – Similar to Around the World, Sign Out puts you on defense against five of your teammates, with the object to make them miss their shots. However, this time around, if a teammate makes a shot, you’ll have to make a shot of your own. You will also have a three-strike limit, and every shot you miss earns you a strike. There’s no real reason to choose this drill over Around the World, as that drill will earn you just as much VC without any of the risk.
Fastbreak – Just like it sounds, Fastbreak will task you with playing both offense and defense in 3-on-2, 2-on-1, and 2-on-2 scenarios. Simple, easy, and fun to play, Fastbreak is another of the top drills to use to earn high VC with little effort. It takes some time to get through each of the scenarios, but you should be able to walk away with gold ratings every time.
Full-court pressure – On offense, you’ll have to work with your team to beat tight man coverage down the length of the court to score. On defense, you’ll have to stop the other squad from beating the press and making a basket. While easy, this drill isn’t very fun to play, and it takes way too much time to complete. There are plenty of other drills that pay out better for less effort.
