Dishonored DLC Bethesda announces three add-on packs, first details, release dates
Dishonored: Dunwall City Trials coming December, two more DLC packs to follow next year
Bethesda has announced three DLC packs for its recently released first-person stealth stabber, Dishonored. All the DLC will be for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
First is Dishonored: Dunwall City Trials, which will release in December for £3.99 (400 Microsoft Points). The pack will contain 10 challenge maps, each offering a different trial, including ‘an arena battle against waves of enemy AI, a gravity-defying run of drop assassinations, and a race against the clock’. There will be new Trophies and Achievements and a global online leaderboard.
Two more downloadable content offerings will follow in 2013, each providing new story-driven campaigns. The first of these will release in early spring and focuses on Daud – a character players will recognise as the leader of the group of assassins nicknamed ‘the Whalers’. Bethesda says it will release story details for the third piece of DLC closer to its launch.
