Prime Day tablet deals are making a comeback next week. The juicy savings are expected to take over Amazon starting from July 8, all the way up to July 11, so there's not long to wait until you can get a new iPad, Fire HD, or Samsung Galaxy tablet in your hands.
Tablets and Prime Day gaming deals are almost synonymous with each other in this day and age, which is great news for those of us with a budget to stick to. The high-spec devices by Apple, Samsung, and even Amazon can set you back a chunk outside of the sales, so big sales events are a more than welcome sight to behold when hoping to pay well under MSRP for a sparkly new device. Whether you want the latest model or are aiming for something a little older to keep costs even lower, there are bound to be plenty of Prime Day tablet savings to take advantage of next week.

What to expect from Amazon Prime Day tablet deals 2025
Amazon Prime Day tablet deals are back again this July 8, and hopefully, they'll be bringing some substantial discounts with them. Typically, Amazon's own Fire HD range sees the biggest price drops, but this year's Prime Day tablet deals are bound to introduce price drops from everything from Apple's 11th-gen iPads, to Samsung's Galaxy pads, and even to Asus's gaming tablets like the Asus ROG Flow Z13 - which are becoming more popular as the month's go on.
As with any pricey tech, expect to see some of the best tablet deals on older models, like the 10th and 9th gen iPad. During last year's Prime Day tablet sales, the 10.2-inch device dropped from $329 to $249.99, which is impressive given it's decked out with an A13 Bionic chip and is still widely supported by Apple. If you'd prefer something a bit more modern, the 10th-gen version also dropped in price by $50 during the second Prime Day sales - a slightly smaller discount but still worthwhile if you were already part of the Apple tech ecosystem. If those sales are anything to go by, it's likely we'll see further discounts on the 10th gen, and hopefully, some 11th gen savings follow suit, as cash off the Apple iPad 11-inch 2025 model would be a treat.
When it comes to Prime Day Kindle deals side of things, Amazon slashed the prices of its new Fire Max 11 tablet by $90 last year, so it's likely there will be even more Fire HD deals to come this July. Ideally, it's the Fire HD 10 and 8 price cuts you should be keeping an eye out for the most. The latter of which isn't the most spruced-up tablet out there, but it's equipped enough to cope with your Netflix binges and hours spent checking up on the latest hardware news on GamesRadar+.
The Prime Day tablet deals this July will also likely see price cuts among Samsung tablets - which is great news if you're looking for an Android-based device. Even on the lead up to the big sales event, tablets like the 2024 model Galaxy Tab S6 Lite are already down to just $199.99 at Amazon for a limited time, which is a great sign of things to come. The 256GB model Galaxy Tab S10+ Plus is also down to $849.99 before the savings have even begun, so this July is bound to be ideal for getting Samsung's latest pads in your hand for less.
Year in and year out, Android tablets tend to drop the lowest during Prime Day. So no matter the brand you're after, you're bound to see some savings and hopefully some new record lows come July.

Weekly digests, tales from the communities you love, and more

Ever since I first held a NES controller in my hand I've been obsessed with gaming, and the hardware it runs on. I could hook up a NES and SNES to a telly, without instructions, before I could walk. Even now, nothing is more exciting then taking a console, or handheld, out the box for the first time and setting it up. This obsession transformed into a love of games and game music, which lead to my music degree and dream of becoming the Scottish Nobuo Uematsu. After sharing my love of games through music, I began to share my love through words on sites like TechRadar and iMore. This lead to becoming a Hardware staff writer for PCGamesN, and later the Senior Tech Writer for Dexerto, covering all things Steam Deck, PlayStation and Nintendo. With that experience, I was able to level up as Hardware Editor for GamesRadar+, where I'm still just as Nintendo, PlayStation and gaming tech obsessed as ever.
