Battlefield 3: Armored Kill trailer puts you back in the driver's seat

This trailer for the Armored Kill DLC pack for Battlefield 3 brings the focus back onto the aspects of the game that have made the Battlefield series famous for so many years: insane vehicular gameplay. Some of the shots from the jets in this game are absolutely bonkers. If it's this much fun to watch, we can't wait to actually play it.

It's possible that this new DLC represents a tonal shift for Battlefield 3. They've had some moderate success with its on-foot shooter gameplay, trying to compete toe-to-toe with Call of Duty, but we're hoping this means they're ready to get back to what makes them unique.

Battlefield 3: Armored Kill is due out in September.

I'm still really bummed that I can't play BF on my PC...This expansion looks so amazing but that look is achieved from having A TON of players in the game. A 24 player Armored Kill map will look much more...desolate...I still think the biggest mistake they made was living with 24 players as a max...but hey, it is what it is. I'm still really excited about it, I just hope it doesn't wind up being Operation Firestorm (my console friends know what I mean)

It's stated that its due to the console itself not being able to handle the graphics and amount of players. Which is why I say that the "next generation" consoles needs to get here.

Buying this game for Xbox 360 was the absolute worst thing I've done. Ya know, besides touching myself at night....
