Chapter 21: The Crossing [1/2]
Page 31: After you drop down and cross the ice floes to the right, go up the stairs and continue right and you will come to two bodies and the page will be on the ground between them.

Page 32: After the train crashes into the water and you swim to the ice floes, go to the half sunken boat and climb up the metal beam to get on it. At the highest part will be a skeleton who will have the page on him and some other goodies.
Chapter 22: Bridge [1/1]
Page 33: When you reach the far side of the bridge, there will be a small room on the left side with a desk and chair in it. Look for the page on the desk.

Chapter 23: Depot [1/1]
Page 34: Just before you reach the second room full of enemies, the Dark One will toss you a bunch of filters through a set of bars. Look on the ground behind him to see the page on the ground. To get it, go through the green door and then make a left to go into the washroom. Go to the corner on the left side and there will be a hole in the wall to crawl through to reach the page.
Chapter 24: The Dead City [1/2]
Page 35: When you enter the first building on the left side that you can, go through the lower corridor until you come to the room with the large red covered table. In the back of the room on the desk will be the page.

Page 36: When you climb up the ladder to reach the roof top where the demon is, go to the far right corner and the page will be in the small nest there.
Chapter 25: Red Square [1/2]
Page 37: Right at the start of the chapter, walk forward a few steps and there will be an alcove on the left side with a skeleton in it. The page will be sitting inside it.

Page 38: After you pass the passage of arms and go down the stairs to the large stone area, a mutant will run past you and enter a small opening. Go through there and follow it along to a tomb. At the base of it will be the page.
Chapter 26: The Garden [1/2]
Page 39: This can be found on the dead body right across from you when you crawl through the small passage and see the mutants backing away from the large beast in the large open area. You can grab it during the fight with the large creature (the bear).

Page 40: Right near the end of the chapter when you hear Khan calling to you, look on the left side of the stairs and you can find the page on the railing.
Chapter 27: Polis [1/1]
Page 41: At the start of the chapter, when you exit out of the decontamination room where the three of you are sprayed with mist and proceed forward, look on the couch to the left side to see the page there.
Chapter 28: D6 [1/2]
Page 42: At the start of the chapter, after you step off the train and listen to Miller’s speech, wait for the troops to advance and then look to the radio on the right side, next to the weapons shop. The page will be sitting on the table just in front of it.
Chapter 28: D6 [2/2]
Page 43: After you destroy the first tank while protecting D6, hop over the barricade at the rear of the platform and the last page will be on the stack of crates to the right side.
