Near the start of the mission, Wolf will tell you to use the maintenance catwalks to avoid the next couple enemies. Take them out and then enter the metal door on the right side of the tunnel. Follow the corridor to the VR case in the last room.

After meeting George, go down the stairs through the next door and you will see this on the left side.

After you defeat two more Mastiffs in the long hallway where you enter and cross a bridge, there will be a silver crate on the upper left side. You can find the data in there.

Just before you enter the lab, there is a side room in the passage to the right. Look for the darker box and slash it open.

Just after the cut scene with the eyes, you will get attacked by a group of soldiers. Look for the lone one that stays away from the group and take his arm.

Once you are in control of the Dwarf Gekko, enter the next room and there will be a vent you can enter along the left wall. Inside the vent will be this. NOTE: You can only reach this as the Dwarf Gekko.

When you are still in control of the Dwarf Gekko, there will be a large grey container in the corner with the storage device on it. NOTE: You can only reach this as the Gekko.

If you use the Gekko to take out the enemies in the room that you control it in, when you enter with Raiden you can then use your vision to spot the body that has it and hack it off.

After fight the GRAD, you will come to two soldiers that are around a corner. Use the Aug. Vision to see which has the arm and take it.

In the next room when doctor contacts you, you can find this immediately inside to the left.
