Will 007 First Light be on Game Pass? The new James Bond game isn't on Xbox's subscription service for its launch and probably won't be for quite some time, if at all. It's not impossible for 007 First Light to get added to the library at a future point, but definitely not this close to release. Below, I've explained everything you need to know about 007 First Light appearing on Game Pass.

Can you play 007 First Light on Game Pass?

No, 007 First Light is not on Game Pass for any subscription tier. The only way you can play James Bond's origin story digitally is by purchasing the game from the Xbox store, Steam, the Epic Games Store, or the PlayStation store after the 007 First Light release time.

But could 007 First Light come to Game Pass in the future? Almost certainly not anytime soon given that it looks set to be one of the biggest games of 2026. But developer IO Interactive's previous game, Hitman World of Assassination, was on Game Pass for a while, leaving the library at the end of January 2024 and it hasn't returned since.

It at least shows that IOI aren't completely averse to Game Pass, but I personally think 007 First Light getting added to the Game Pass library is extremely unlikely to happen in the next six months, perhaps even a year. Never say never again but, in short, if you're desperate to delve into Bond's latest mission (and you may also want to know how long it takes to beat 007 First Light) your only option is to buy the game at full price or wait for a sale.
