Cyber Monday Lego deals - FAQ
When will the Cyber Monday Lego deals start?
2023's Cyber Monday Lego deals are over, so we'll have to wait for the sale to come back around for more savings. The next one will kick off on December 2, 2024.
Although the best offers will be reserved for the day itself, they always start a little early - you can take advantage of them on the weekend after Black Friday. In addition, they normally continue for a couple of days after the event is officially finished.
Where will the best Cyber Monday Lego deals be?
As you'd expect, the biggest retailers should be your first port of call when it comes to Cyber Monday Lego deals in 2024. Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy are consistently excellent in terms of reductions, with Amazon edging out the competition ever so slightly. However, the official Lego store can be even better. It enjoyed a very healthy 20% discount on more sets than we could count a little while back, and 2023 offered plenty of reductions too.
As with Black Friday, supermarkets are also a good call for good Cyber Monday Lego deals. As an example, Aldi slashed the price of the Millennium Falcon by 60% a couple of years ago.
Don't forget about independent retailers, either. Zatu, Smyths, and Wayland were particularly reliable for savings in 2023's Cyber Monday Lego deals.
Here's a full breakdown.
USA
- Amazon: Traditionally the best all-rounder for Lego deals
- Lego.com: Offered good discounts on rare sets last year
- Best Buy: Can be relied on for consistently good Lego discounts
- Walmart: Its Lego section is intuitive and easy to browse
UK
- Amazon: A great Lego all-rounder during Cyber Monday
- Lego.com: Offered discounts on rare sets last year
- Argos: Decent for BOGOF-style offers
- John Lewis: There's less choice, but the Lego discounts are still good
- Smyths: Surprisingly good in terms of Lego savings
- Wayland Games: A wildcard entry that can knock a lot off kits
- Zatu: Another left-field choice that impressed in 2023
What to expect
As we saw last year, 2024's Cyber Monday Lego deals are definitely worth watching out for. Even though the majority of Black Friday tech reductions will have dried up, savings on the bricks from Billund are surprisingly resilient. In 2023, they survived over the weekend and were still going once Cyber Monday itself was done.
So far as specific offers go, expect plenty of cheap or mid-range sets get slashed in price throughout. That's obviously handy; with Christmas right around the corner, it's the ideal time to be shopping for gifts or trying to hunt down stocking stuffers... and you'll have no shortage of choice. We saw the Lego Succulents fall by $10, for example, along with a record low price for Lego Groot and Dobby.
Big, premium kit get the best reductions, though. The likes of the Collectors' Edition Hogwarts Express hit their lowest prices in 2023, and Marvel's Daily Bugle set was just a dollar off a record low for Cyber Monday.
One franchise is been better represented by these price cuts than any other. Indeed, the best Cyber Monday Lego deals almost always revolve around a galaxy far, far away. Star Wars sets usually get the lion's share of savings during the sale, and even the mega UCS Millennium Falcon got a whopping $180 saving in years past.
Cyber Monday Lego deals aren't going to be the only worthwhile offers to keep an eye on. The sales event is famous for discounts on the best gaming TVs, not to mention the best gaming laptops.
