Document 2

Near the previous two collectibles, on top of an air conditioning unit by a large blue support strut opposite the large curved screen.

Secret Bag 1

From this location you can swing to a small platform, then head to the yellow ledge and wallrun/jump to climb on top of the vent. Now 180 walljump to reach the higher platform to find the bag.
