Game of Thrones season 7 location and plot details leaked: SPOILERS AHEAD

A new location for Game of Thrones season 7 has been leaked by the Spanish website Cadenesar. It looks like Italica, the Roman ruins in Spain, will be a key location for filming between October 17th and November 12th.

Rumours abound that filming will take place in the Ampitheatre or the Cardo Maximus, a walkway which leads up to the ruins.

Warning: Major spoilers below the video!

Watchers on the Wall have speculated that the ruins could be used for scenes at the Dragonpit, a location in King’s Landing. As in the capital of Westeros. The Dragonpit is on the hill of Rhaenys, which is just to the north of The Red Keep, and the Targaryens used it as a place to raise their dragons. So Daenerys might have made her way to King’s Landing, and has reclaimed one of her ancestral locations (or has been imprisoned there, though with three dragons it’s hard to imagine how that happened). I wonder how Cersei will feel about that.

All this makes what I’m about to say next even more interesting - one of Watcher on the Wall’s sources says that Daenerys will be meeting with Brienne of Tarth and Davos Seaworth. Negotiating an alliance, maybe? Or a truce? Davos and Brienne are both loyal to the Starks, so maybe there'll be a Stark and Targaryen alliance, between dragon and direwolf - between fire and ice…

Game of Thrones season 7 will debut in summer 2017.
