Thrill-powered home of Judge Dredd hits landmark in style with Friday night shindig

2000 AD is celebrating three and a half decades of Thrill-power at the SFX Weekender , with

its one and only official 35th birthday party.

Tharg will be blowing out the candles in style surrounded by fans and the cream of 2000 AD’s creative talent. Amongst those marking this incredible moment in comics history will be the co-creators of Judge Dredd and Strontium Dog, John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra , appearing together for the first time in several years.

Along with a glittering array of galactic talent, there’ll be a special Friday night bash and the 2000 AD team will be ensuring that the next 35 years gets off to a flying start. Join Tharg the Mighty and his droids as they mark 2000 AD ’s birthday, only at the SFX Weekender!

The SFX Weekender 3 will be taking place a Pontin’s Prestatyn Sands on the 3 - 5 February 2012.
