Vinyl Dreamcast collection makes its way to the US and Europe

Good news for Australians with their $100 games and delayed releases. Sega decided to give them a break, and is offering a sweet LP to those who pre-order the Sega Dreamcast Collection for the Xbox 360 from retailer, JB Hi-Fi. The record features five tracks from Sonic Adventure, Space Channel 5 Part 2, and Crazy Taxi.

The special pre-order bonus will also be available from retailers in France and Spain. But while the rest of the world looks on with envy, Sega of Europe and Sega of America have said that they have the record in stock. Although the Dreamcast Collection LPs will not be available from retailers, the LPs will be handed out to fans and fansites and given away through contests. The company did not elaborate on their plans beyond that. It still sounds vague, but we just hope we're on that mailing list.

Well, considering "Radical Sabbatical," "Flinch," and "Get Out" are not included in the short list of Bad Religion and Offspring songs in Crazy Taxi, I would think something is awry under that picture of a taxi. Also, if there's one song I want to hear from Sonic Adventure, it probably isn't called "Open Your Heart."

Wait, didn't they just change all of Crazy Taxi's music because they lost the rights?

Is "6" the character Australians use for five, or does the sleeve have a typo?

    Instant buy.
