Grand Theft Auto V: Watch the debut trailer right here, right now

UPDATE: After looking over every frame of the video here is our analysis: GTA 5 - Everything we know

Today's the day. Grand Theft Auto V. It's happening. It's on. When the countdown clock strikes zero, all our dreams will come true. By which we mean we'll get to see GTA V for the first time ever. Right here. In the video player on this very page. So make sure you're here when that happens.

Sexy times. Expect a full-on trailer dissection later in the day. Until then, spill your thoughts in the comments.

And if all this has got you in the mood for even more Grand Theft Auto debut trailers, you can watch the GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas and GTA IV debut trailers here.

When you said "TEETEES!!!" I had a flashback to TRUK :'( If only the countdown clock represented the return of the podcast instead :P

People falling down stairs is genuinely amusing. And a safe activity to try at home. You know what's depressing? The day GTA V is released is the day I need to buy a new graphics card - or a console. Might buy a console.

Oh the days of pushing helpless ragdoll-based civilians of Liberty City down flights of stairs. I might actually try and play the missions in prep for V. Alll I really did was dick around. The ReCAPTCHA says legs falling....

Cundy, please do an "analysis" over the GTAV trailer. That would be incredible... Also yes this trailer needs to coincide with the launch of the shiny new GRUK Podcast.

GTA: My Right Foot? The gritty world of art sandbox?
  • Vordhosbn - November 2, 2011 5:13 a.m.

Getting ready for GTA: Wall Street, the realistic stock market simulator, with guns and a tear jerking, deep story about money. And guns. Nah, I'm sure it'll be great....just hope the whole games not one dull colour palette.

How about a GTA where you play a corrupt cop? There Rockstar, that idea's gratis - just put my name in the credits...you monsters.
  • Dentrassi - November 2, 2011 7:29 a.m.

I'm hoping for a female protagonist and a return to San Andreas' 'Fun' and a less miserable depressing story and narrative dissonance that was in GTAIV. But that is just me.
  • flabslapper - November 2, 2011 7:52 a.m.

you know what? I like it, it would be fantastic to play as a female crime boss or something like that
  • flabslapper - November 2, 2011 7:51 a.m.

1 hour people, If it has to be in the US I'm hoping for Chicago, something with with interesting architecture, though I'm really hoping it's outside of the US, like London or Paris might be interesting
  • patbateman17 - November 2, 2011 7:58 a.m.

GTA: Vietnam? GTA: Laos? GTA: Alaska? GTA: Pacific Rim? hmm what more is on my mind grapes... GTA: Sahara Desert?
