E3 2010: List of confirmed and unconfirmed games

Shares

E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) begins on June 15, and while the show is not open to the public, GamesRadar will be there in force, telling you about all the new games that matter, directly from the show-floor.

The general trend is that game publishers use E3 to announce new games, as well as demo early versions of already revealed titles. Before the show, lists of games 'confirmed' for E3 are distributed - but we all know they only tell half the story. Our list features both the 100% confirmed (and thus slightly boring) but also the unconfirmed (and thus doubly exciting).

Three things to note:

1. We will be updating this as we hear about any new games.
2. Any games marked in RED are unconfirmed and at this stage should be seen as conjecture, speculation, rumour etc.
3. Given that the vast majority of game publishers are working on Natal and Move titles, this list will probably become substantially longer. Many of these titles are unlikely to be fully-fledged box releases, and more likely distributed via XBLA and PSN.

@Gameguy. I heard Rage is only for PS3 and PC - shame on me for being so cheap and going for the console which cost the least. id, why are you so moral?

So many games that should be on this list, and aren't. A new TES should be in BLACK, dammit! BLACK!

  • Kevling - June 10, 2010 9:01 a.m.

Surely EA / Criterion's Need For Speed: Redline will be there? Criterion tweeted a week or so back that magazine covershots had left the building, so you would imagine it's ready for showing...
  • Denrok - June 10, 2010 3:12 a.m.

How come next to Metal Gear Rising you only have it labeled as a 360 title? It's also suppose to be on PS3 isn't it?

  • hand-o_death547 - June 9, 2010 5:52 p.m.

hey isn't mgs rising coming out on ps3 as well as 360???
  • CAPST3R - June 9, 2010 2:49 p.m.

I thought MGS:Rising was on PS3 aswell? And isn't there even speculation about a new Prototype? What about Borderlands (the IP Borderworlds was made, wasn't it?) I didn't know Warhawk was getting a sequel, that's good.

    No Thief 4 ... booo
  • Smeggs - June 9, 2010 5:02 a.m.

Hideo Kojima and SqEnix? I immediatly pictured giant nuke launching robots in Kingdom Hearts 3 and lol'd. Also, New Mass Effect announcement in under six months of 2's release, yeah, no. And a new Bioshock? I really doubt there's gonna be another Bioshock period, and even if there was, not so soon after Bioshock 2 was released.
  • Shrody - June 9, 2010 4:29 a.m.

CORRECTION! Dead Space 2 will not be on PC. It truly breaks my heart to say it too =,(
  • Samael - June 9, 2010 3:22 a.m.

For the love of Garrus, EA/Bioware better not announce ME3 so soon! I'd be crushed and horribly frightened if they did. I wouldn't mind if we didn't "really" hear about it till 2011. I want that game cooked for a long, long time. There's so many ways they could easily screw it up... But on the other hand, I'd love to see Dragon Age 2.
  • Harmonator - June 9, 2010 2:27 a.m.

I would go batshit for a new Perfect Dark. I never thought of the possibility of a sequel until now. and it better have DK mode. That makes the game so ridiculously funny at times...
  • Togala - June 9, 2010 2:25 a.m.

    No word on Hitman 5?
  • RabidTurtl - June 9, 2010 1:16 a.m.

Not sure if someone brought it up (skimmed through comments), but I'm pretty sure Metal Gear Solid: rising is coming out on the PS3 also, and possibly the PC. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metal_Gear_Rising
