WWE 2K20 roster: every confirmed wrestler, including Hulk Hogan, Bray Wyatt & Mick Foley

Keith Lee

Weighing a colossal 320lbs, Lee is something of a throwback to titans of the ‘80s and ‘90s - though you’d never catch Earthquake or Typhoon doing a topa suicida. The big guy had success in Evolve and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla prior to signing with WWE in 2018, where he’s slowly worked his way up the NXT rankings.

Kevin Nash & Scott Hall

Whether you know them as Hall and Nash, or the Outsiders, or Razor Roman and Diesel, or The Kliq, or - most likely - the NWO, the salient point is: you know them. And thanks to Hulk Hogan's return to the series you can reunite them in their most infamous, hellacious guise in WWE 2K20.

Kevin Owens

KO has flip-flopped from face to heel to face again after returning from a lengthy lay-off, but now seems well set as a 'good guy' following a summer tussling with Shane McMahon, and being given Steve Austin's stunner – the face move of all face moves! – as a finisher.

Along with Edge and Rey Mysterio, four-time WWE Champion and Olympic gold medalist Angle was confirmed by his involvement in the WWE 2K20 collector's edition: it comes with a commemorative plaque signed by one of that top-tier trio. Angle had his final WWE match, a loss to Baron Corbin, at WrestleMania 35.

Lacey Evans

Evans, a former marine, endured an inauspicious start on the main roster, regularly paraded around like ‘90s-style eye candy. Not good. Thankfully, her character’s evolved to hold its own on Raw through matches with champion Becky Lynch, and she merits her spot in this year’s game.

Lana & Rusev

Former pal Aiden English is gone following his move to the announcers' desk, but Lana and Rusev inevitably return. That's despite an abominable Raw storyline in which the 'Ravishing Russian' is cheating on her real-life husband with veteran muscle-man Bobby Lashley.

Liv Morgan & Ruby Riott & Sarah Logan

This trio, AKA the Riott Squad, was broken up in the post-WrestleMania draft - a decision that achieved nothing. Riott is injured, Morgan AWOL, and Logan locked in a never-ending feud with Dana Brooke on throwaway show Main Event. Anyone with sense will reunite them in WWE 2K20.

Luke Harper

Kept off television for most of 2019 after publicly requesting his release from WWE, Harper finally materialised in September – and his reunion with Erick Rowan in order to down Roman Reigns made for one of the year's most shocking moments. It's great to have the big man back.

Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville

Two versions of Smackdown's most brazen blonde, Mandy Rose, appear in WWE 2K20: her standard persona on disc, plus an alternate 'Survivor' gimmick as DLC - although you have to make the latter character yourself using CAW parts. That is cheeky to the point of being unacceptable.

Maria Kanellis & Mike Kanellis

Lana, Rusev and Lashley aren't the only ones involved in Raw's laughable cuckolding storyline: Maria is pregnant (in real life) with Rusev's baby (in storyline), much to Mike's (probably very real) chagrin. Mercifully, you can ensure all five avoid such nonsense and stick to wrestling in WWE 2K20.

Mark Henry

To quote directly from Henry's monstrously great (much like the man himself) theme: 'somebody's gon' get their ass kicked, somebody's gon' get their wig split.' And about time too, given that the former World Heavyweight Champion was senselessly omitted from WWE 2K19.

Maryse & The Miz

Miz & Mrs – a scripted-reality show based on this perfect pair and their daughter Monroe Sky – is essential viewing for anyone with WWE Network access, and they're equally unmissable in WWE 2K20 with the addition of Mixed Match Challenge bouts. Enabling you to team them up in the ring as well as outside.

Matt Riddle

Hardcore MMA fans are well aware of Matt Riddle – he competed in legitimate fights from 2008 to 2014, appearing on reality show The Ultimate Fighter 7 and scoring seven wins in UFC. After switching to wrestling he built a reputation for incredible matches on the independent circuit before singing for WWE in July 2018, debuting on NXT the next month.

Ben Wilson

I'm GamesRadar's sports editor, and obsessed with NFL, WWE, MLB, AEW, and occasionally things that don't have a three-letter acronym – such as Chvrches, Bill Bryson, and Streets Of Rage 4. (All the Streets Of Rage games, actually.) Even after three decades I still have a soft spot for Euro Boss on the Amstrad CPC 464+.
