World of Warcraft and StarCraft theme parks under construction in China

Game piracy is one thing, but this is ridiculous

China's famous for its loose intellectual property laws, but unlicensed theme parks based on World of Warcraft and StarCraft currently under construction are unlike anything we've ever seen.

Called Joyland World, the park will have 'Terrain of WarCraft' and 'Universe of StarCraft' mini-parks inside it. The concept art for the parks (available on theJoyland World website) makes them look rather ambitious, but as you can see from the picture below, the park still has a long way to go.

It will be interesting to see Blizzard's response to the park as it does not appear to be officially endorsed in any way.
