New Disney and Pixar themed multiplayer game to feature cute characters, silly hats

Disney Interactive looks to be taking a page out of LittleBigPlanet's playbook with its upcoming release of Disney Universe, a multiplayer action adventure game featuring adorable avatars doing cutesy things while wearing costumes inspired by Disney and Pixar properties.

Coming this fall, the game will feature over 40 old-school and modern Disney character outfits, each of which will bestow upgradable powers toup to fourplayers as they solve puzzles, fight baddies and traverse six Disney and Pixar inspired lands in their quest to save the universe. Available costumes will include TRON from TRON: Legacy, Stitch from Lilo and Stitch, Mike from Monsters Inc., and Alice from Alice in Wonderland.
