Discover the missing experiment
In Chapter 6, as soon as you complete the Door Prize achievement/trophy, head out the opening to the right to the docks and walk all the way to the end while the life preserver is. For the astute observers, you will notice that this is the exact same spot that the Borialis was shown to be in during Half Life 2: Episode 2, only it is missing now.

Break 11 test chamber monitors
For this reward, you will need to break 11 monitors in Chapter 8.You can break the monitors by using lasers, turrets, and by launching yourself and items at them.Refer to the video for monitor chambers and locations as well as how to deal with each.

Complete the first Conversion Gel test
This should be gained while progressing through the storyline, although I know some people have missed it. When you come to the fenced in area with the Conversion Gel, the white goo that allows you to open portals on it, you will need to coat the two towers labeled 1 and 2 enough to get you to the catwalk at the top of tower 2.You will then need to jump through a portal on the ground and launch out the angled platform beside the tower base. Launch yourself to the catwalk across from it and when you land on top of the catwalk, the achievement/trophy should unlock.

In Chapter 8, you will come to the first test Wheatley has set up for you.Walk up to the button and stand there without pressing it.Stand there long enough and the achievement/trophy will pop.
