The hardest part of finding the best Valentine's Day gifts for gamers can be knowing where to start. Sure, you can unearth a wagon-load of tat based on your beau's favorite franchise. But finding something that's actually good? Well, that's harder.
This is why I've rounded up a few suggestions to get the ball rolling. The GamesRadar+ team and I have been hands-on with all of the following products, and we'd be straight up delighted to receive them as card-carrying nerds. With that in mind, they'll hopefully serve as a starting point if you're hunting down good Valentine's Day gifts for gamers but are stuck for ideas.
Just move quickly. If you want to make sure your presents arrive before the big day, it's worth acting sooner than later. Valentine's Day isn't far away, after all!

Themed cookbooks are winners in my eyes for a couple of reasons. To start with, they're easy gifts for gamers because there will almost certainly be one based on your beau's favorite franchise. Secondly, you'll get a (hopefully) delicious meal out of it when they practice their culinary skills. Win win.

Want a unique activity for date night that you can both enjoy? (Oh, behave.) Try the best Lego sets. Building one of the many gaming models together is a memorable and thoroughly chilled-out experience, and it'll provide something cool you can put on display once you're done.

What's more romantic than settling in to play a game together? If you're new to Magic: The Gathering, this two-player starter set may be a way to kick off a shared hobby. Besides being an introduction to one of the best card games around, this pack also provides all the Final Fantasy nostalgia fans need.

Funko Pops are so last year - now it's all about ducks. OK, I may be overexaggerating. But if you want a slightly quirkier gift that celebrates your loved one's favorite games, Tubbz are a great (and surprisingly well-made) shout.

Does the special person in your life adore old-school gaming, or do they like reminiscing about the days of the Game Boy? This is a top-tier Valentine's Day gift. Along with being a dead ringer for the Game Boy thanks to its compact design and bold colors, it features more than 500 games.

Want to play a game together while avoiding being glued to the TV? Give the Fallout tabletop RPG a try. This D&D-style game is like a choose-your-own quest where the only limit is your imagination. So long as one of you is happy to run the session for the other, it's a cute date idea that can't be matched.
