First, you have to join the XTS Production community group from the main Roblox menu of this experience, though you don't need to actually visit it or engage. Next, you must reach Level 2+ in the game before you can start claiming codes, though you should reach this after completing the first couple of story missions.

With that done, you can redeem Anime Reversal codes by hitting the purple rosette Codes icon on the right of the screen, which will bring up the Codes menu.
