This year, there are 26 categories including a new award celebrating the Best Remake/Remaster. The show will be hosted by Maggie Robertson, best known for her role as Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village, and will feature various other guest presenters from across the gaming industry.
Prolific voice actor Alix Wilton Regan, Adriyan Rae who plays Hazel in South of Midnight, Ben Starr (voice of Verso in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33), Samantha Béart, who's best known as the voice of Karlach in Baldur's Gate 3, and the actor who plays Geralt in The Witcher games, Doug Cockle – among many others – will all be present and presenting awards during the show.
Much like The Game Awards, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is leading the pack in terms of nominations with seven, including Studio of the Year for Sandfall Interactive. It's followed closely by Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Ghost of Yōtei, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 with five nominations each. Hollow Knight: Silksong, Sword of the Sea, and Peak are among the indie games with multiple nominations.
Don't worry if you miss out on watching the show live as VODs will be available afterwards, and we'll also round up all of the winners for you.
