Where to find all fish to complete Favor for a Favor in Diablo 4
Helpfully you can catch a Kokalodon, Silverbelly, and Darkling in the area you start the Diablo 4 Favor for a Favor quest
The Diablo 4 Favor for a Favor quest is your first proper angling test, once you've learned the basics of how to cast a line and start land catches. Your fishing mentor wants you to catch three specific fish – the Kokalodon, Silverbelly, and Darkling – but sends you on your way with that list and no further instructions. If you want to know where you can make your required catches, then here is the Diablo 4 Favor for a Favor fish location.
Diablo 4 Favor for a Favor fish location
Once he's introduced the basics of Diablo 4 fishing to you, your next interaction with Shi Yugong will initiate the Favor for a Favor quest, in which he tasks you with catching some strange fish to help jog his memory. Specifically, you need to land these three fish:
- Kokalodon
- Silverbelly
- Darkling
Helpfully, those fish are all native to the Skovos region you're currently in, so you don't even need to leave the wooden pier you're currently on – simply keep casting your fishing line off the side and following the prompt until you've caught them all. You do need to be patient, as you're likely to land other fish and a selection of junk along the way, but you'll get there in the end if you persevere.
Also bear in mind that you need to catch the Rare variant of each fish (denoted by yellow text) to count towards this quest, as other versions including Legendary or Unique won't tick them off your list. Once landed, open the Consumables menu and add the Rare Kokalodon, Silverbelly, and Darkling to your collection, then speak to Shi Yugong to wrap things up.
If you're moving on to the Diablo 4 The One That Got Away quest next, we've got all of the fish locations for that too.
