You currently need to go through the game to redeem Where Winds Meet codes, as there isn't a redemption website available. Once you've completed the tutorial, you can open the main menu then hit the Cog icon to enter the Settings menu. From there, choose the Other tab then under the top Account Info heading you'll find the Exchange Code option. Select that to bring up the Exchange Rewards screen then type or copy/paste a code into the text box and confirm it. Once you've finished claiming codes here, you'll then need to exit out and head to your in-game mailbox to collect your rewards.
