FromSoftware fans have spotted a new advert for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive action RPG, The Duskbloods, shortly after players caught sight of its eShop listing for the first time.

This week, eagle-eyed Australian Switch 2 owners noticed that a listing for The Duskbloods had appeared on the eShop, both on the website and via their consoles. It doesn't feature a price, pre-order button, or release date beyond the vague 2026 window, but given that FromSoftware has provided very little information about the vampire RPG, people will take what they can get.

The closest thing people have had to official information about the price or release date is from the website for a Finnish retailer. Earlier this week, it listed The Duskbloods for €80 with a 27 March, 2026, release date, but this has since changed to a 31 December, 2026, placeholder date.

It wouldn't be the first time that marketing for a game started in one region before news hits other shores. It's also not uncommon for a studio to withhold information about an upcoming game until shortly before launch when development is drawing to a close, and a release date is fairly concrete.

However, very little information about The Duskbloods is known beyond the original Nintendo Direct 2 last year. With the launch date set for 2026, it's not unlikely that we'll hear news about the upcoming RPG sooner rather than later.

The Duskbloods is still coming to Switch 2 this year, FromSoftware's parent company promises while keeping almost everything about the vampire RPG a secret
