Once you've scaled the rock wall, drop take the stairs to the other side of the broken bridge you just zipped across. You'll find more intel over here.
Shifting Allegiances #1: A Soldier's Regret
As soon as you enter the processing station, move straight ahead to the large computer. There's intel on the desk under the large screens.

Corrupted Fuse #4: A Message from the Board
Just after exiting the elevator, you'll fight some Raven soldiers and infiltrators. When you hit the switch to open the next door, you'll spot this intel next to the switch.
Raven Leadership #5: Another Operation?
Just before you rally up to breach the cracked wall, look right of the wall to find more intel atop some cases.
Weapon Schematics #3: Warp Rifle
Just after blowing the pipeline, you'll enter an armory. Before exiting this small room, turn around to spot some intel on a rolling table.
Applied Technology #2: Whistler
When the party gets split up, you can find intel with the Izzy/Naya duo. In the small house you first enter, head up the stairs and move to the back of the house. Back here is a shower room, where some intel rests on a shelf.
Corrupted Fuse #5: From Luther Deveraux
After Meilin's Whistler escapes, you'll enter a large brown room. Head left from your entrance to find this intel atop a small table.
A Bad Breakup
Shifting Allegiances #2: True Love
Just after your drop from the storm drain, you'll spot a flaming truck. In front of it lies a dead Raven trooper, and next to him lies another piece of intel.
Shifting Allegiances #3: Greener Pastures
After heading through the short tunnel into the launch compound, there will be two forklifts near your entrance. Intel rests on the one against the wall.
Corrupted Fuse #3: I Never Had a Choice
Proceed until you enter the flaming room where Meilin has slaughtered the missile launch crew. From your entrance, head northeast to the two dead scientists. Between them is some intel.

Shifting Allegiances #5: A New Opportunity
Once you enter the first building, you'll be in a large, open room with a rally point. Follow the yellow pipe around the corner to the right to snag some more intel before moving on.
Weapon Schematics #4: Arcshot
Just after disembarking from the transport, you'll fight some infiltrators. In the very next room, descend the stairs and turn around to find a door you can hack. Do so, and enter to find some intel in the otherwise-empty room.
No Honor Among Thieves
Overstrike 9 #3: Oculus
While approaching the power plant, you'll make a right through a chain link fence. Further right is a parked convoy truck next to a little building. Enter that building to find intel on a countertop.
Shifting Allegiances #4: Something's Rotten
Once you exit the ventilation shaft, you'll battle through two rooms with numerous computers. Before leaving the second, hack the side door to find a small control room. Inside, intel rests next to a console.
Applied Technology #4: Maelstrom
As soon as you enter the research wing, turn left and enter the green room. Resting on the circular device in the middle of the room is more intel.
Shifting Allegiances #6: A Wolf Amongst Sheep
After battling the Leadfoot, you'll enter a huge room full of Raven troops. During the firefight, spec ops troops will enter from garage doors in the back of the room. After the fight, head back there to find some crates with intel on top.
Overstrike 9 #4: Naya Deveraux
Once you drop through the grates to stop Deveraux at the airfield, look around the perimeter of the room. You'll find intel on one of the desks.
Applied Technology #3: Enforcer
Soon after, you'll enter a room lined with Enforcers. Follow the walkway clockwise from your entrance to find more intel.
Intelligence #1: No Turning Back
When you reach the final chamber while following the rouge Enforcer, make a right from your entrance. Over here is a room with many crates, and you'll find intel atop them.
The Betrayal
Order of Grigori #1: Not a Speck of Progress
After the huge courtyard fight with both a Leadfire and a Leadfoot, you'll enter a burning hanger. As the path turns left, continue straight to find this intel atop a bloody box.
