I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.

Mass Effect inspires all kinds of emotions - love, despair, rage when you don't like the endings - but my favorite is still "getting all gooey about the future of space travel." Put that together with narration from Jennifer Hale's fan-favorite Commander Shepard and a brief teaser for Mass Effect Andromeda, and this video released in celebration of N7 Day over the weekend is a winner.

Unfortunately, it doesn't reveal much more about the upcoming game, aside from giving us a good look at a ship on its way to Andromeda. It seems the mission this time around is to explore a new galaxy rather than save the old one, so it figures that the ship feels a bit less militaristic than the Normandy SR1 and SR2 did. At least you can pore over these new pieces of environmental concept art while you wonder about the journeys ahead.

EA and BioWare plan to ship out Mass Effect Andromeda in time for Holiday 2016.
