L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition coming to consoles in November

Just because L.A. Noire’s developer, Team Bondi, has been shuffled off this mortal coil, it doesn’t mean that Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive are ready to let the high-selling, popular action game die. While it’s still going to be a bit before we hear anything about a sequel, it was announced today that L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition would be releasing for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 15, 2011.

Complete Edition will come with the same content that the PC version released with, with all of the previously released downloadable content. This includes the Arson case "Nicholson Electroplating", the Vice case "Reefer Madness", the Traffic case "The Consul's Car", the Vice case "The Naked City", and the Traffic case "A Slip of the Tongue." It will also come with the Badge Pursuit Challenge and all of the weapons and outfits released to date. "The Consul's Car" actually came with new copies of the PlayStation 3 version, so while it's not new to them, it's actually the only way to get the DLC if you'd rather play it on the Xbox 360.

There's no price given yet, but odds are it's going to be released at a full $59.99 on account of all of the free downloadable content. Even at that price it's a good deal, and if you held off picking up L.A. Noire this is a fantastic opportunity to grab one of the best games of the year with some bonus content. Then again, with all of the high-quality releases coming in the next few months we're not sure you'll have way too much time to spend noire-ing around the streets of LA yelling at criminals and reading faces.
