At the Rocketyard, make your way towards the objective marker.

Look up and you'll see a beam that looks like it's been sliced in half.

That's where we want to go, so jump on up there.

You'll find a Dead Ghost waiting for you.

Dead Ghost #2 

Continue on your merry way until you get to Bunker Triglav.

Follow the objective marker towards the building.

Head up the steps to the right.

Jump or take the steps to the upper right platform.

Now hop up on top of the shipping containers.

From here you'll be able to see the Dead Ghost on the pipe opposite.

Leap over and pick it up.
