  Finish all the scenarios. You should get a bonus scenario to make a Metropolitin. The best thing is no one will be competing against you. You'll start out with LOTS of money. I think around the millions. There won't be other buildings already there that the city owns! :]

  $1 Land Lots

  All you need is some trustworthy friends playing and NO COMPUTERS!!! When you land on a lot that you want to buy tell your friends that you want the lot but you don't want to pay full price. Then click AUCTION and put in one dollar for your bid. If your friends are trustworthy then you will get the lot for $1

  Winning Auctions

  When In an auction, there is a way to cheat so that you win with the minimum bid.
  
  All you do is the second the auction starts, hit esc.. save your game right then, You may not have the green save button but as long as you type in a name, it will work, but try to use the save button.
  
  Then after you've saved your game, Go back to the main menu and reload your game, 99% everyone will quit out of the bid and youll get it for minimum.
  
  If someone else starts the bid and you try this, It will work, only the person who started the bid wont quit. It will be like a 1v1 bid.

  Lowest bid

  When you are in the auction, while the next person is thinking, save the game, exit to the title screen, then reload your game. Everyone else will pull out of bidding.

  Make the computer stupid.

  When you are leasing, save the game, quit, end and load the game. The computer will be very stupid and won't buy a thing. When you are leasing the computer doesn't want's to lose a lot of money, so you will win almost every time.

  Easy Money+Freebuild scenario

  Alright for easy money download the MT Edit then make all 6 of the necessarily things for life a commodity then go to the value thing increase every product in the bakery to 100.00 exactly or this cheat is useless
  
  To get the free build scenario search for monopoly tycoon scenarios and go to the monopoly tycoon download site then go to the 1.3 patch download and install it then play single player you will see three new options sandbox mode skirmish and custom scenarios click sandbox then choose your character you will have 20,000 dollars to build an empire with no competitor and instant leases.   Five Star Lots

  f you need any lot to be a fiver star lot simply auction it to you then build two 4x4
  landscapes for one star lots 2 3x3 for two
  star lots 2 2x2 for four star lots. Note: the previous was to make those lots four to five star lots.
