We know that Jurassic World 2 will be called Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, but beyond that, fans have been left to speculate on just what the highly-anticipated dino-sequel will be about. But Chris Pugh over at fan site Jurassic Outpost seems to have strung together a series of clues that… well, his theory makes sense to me, at least.
Pugh points to a recent tweet from Fallen Kingdom producer Frank Marshall, which states, "Pretty wild we just wrapped a movie and a musical, both with volcanoes in them, both on the same weekend! @JurassicWorld @buffettmusical" as well as domain registrations like IslaNublarRescueMission.com and (since-removed) concept art which showed a smoking volcano in the background of a dinosaur attack.
The plot, Pugh suggests, will revolve around an impending volcanic eruption on Isla Nublar, with our human heroes mounting a rescue mission to evacuate as many dinosaurs off the island as possible. This would tie in well to another tweet from Marshall, which features a fundraising board and the hashtag "WeCanSaveThem" in the background:

This would tie in well to what director J.A. Bayona has said about the sequel being darker and focusing on man's possessiveness of its creations. There's also an ethical tension about whether it's right to evacuate the dinosaurs from their dying island and risk relocating them to earth's wider ecosystem, a theory which is expanded on in the the Jurassic Output link with more clues. And while much of the series has focused on whether the humans will get eaten or not, this sounds like a very different type of drama. In light of all this, there's still the dangers posited by Ian Malcom and Ellie Sattler in the first film; dinosaurs had their shot, people. Should they have another one?
