The Anchorpoint safe is a puzzle added as part of Starfield's Free Lanes update, wherein you have to find the locations of five clues given to you by riddles on a computer. Find all five clues and you'll be able to open the locked safe, but the riddles place them all around Anchorpoint and some of them can get pretty cryptic (especially if you're not willing to use the optional hacking to get more details on where to search).
To help you out, I'll lay out all the locations of the riddle clues in Starfield so you can open the Anchorpoint safe and access the rewards inside, as well as if those rewards are even worth it.
How to open the locked Anchorpoint defunct safe in Starfield
The Defunct Safe in Anchorpoint is hooked up to a Defunct Computer, and to open it you'll need to find five clues hidden around the station as given to you by some Riddler wannabe. Each time you find a clue and plug it into the computer, it'll present you with a new riddle to solve. Once all clues are found and inserted into the computer, you'll be able to unlock the safe and access what's inside, which is actually a pretty powerful item in Starfield.

If you want to actually find the safe in Anchorpoint to start this for yourself, it's not hard. If you find Darcy Weber's store and turn 180 degrees, follow the corridor you're now facing (to the left of the stairs). The safe and computer are directly ahead of you in a small storage room.
The safe can't be interacted with at all, though the computer can be, revealing the first clue. You can also do optional hacks for every clue to get a more detailed and clear location, though you shouldn't need them with this guide.
Clue 1 location
Riddle: "Before being welcomed by the station, I gazed upon my vessel. With refuse as my neighbour, I scuttled this clue under a melancholic compatriot."
Go back to the docking port where your ship is stationed and turn around so you're facing Danica Volkov at the welcome desk. Turn right and there'll be a dead end with a yellow dumpster halfway down the corridor. Manually pull out the plastic buckets by holding Cross/A on them, and there'll be a Clue underneath the blue bucket. Take it back to the defunct computer and insert it (you have to do this with all clues).

Clue 2 location
Riddle: "Lonely in a crowd, with voices and music fighting for dominance, I gazed up and saw a stoic companion. Broken like me, I trusted the clue's safekeeping to this overseer."
Head back to the main bar staffed by Valeria Hahn. There are two TVs hanging above it – one working, one broken. Jetpack up to the broken one, and the Clue is on the bracket behind it.
Clue 3 location
Riddle: "Pushed into a corner and ignored like garbage, I remain. Eager to be forgotten, this clue hangs like a fly caught in a web."
Between the vendors Killian Brice and Darcy Weber is a corridor marked "Storage" with plastic partitions instead of a door. On your left when you enter is a pile of trash with two nets in the ceiling. The net further back has Clue 3 resting in it.
Clue 4 location
Riddle: "In the home of the beast and their maker, I consider my circumstance. To elevate my spirits, I must pull myself up from my misery to hide this clue."
From the bar, head left, past the crew quarters, and downstairs into the Engineering Bay. At the back of the bay is an Industrial Workbench with a pull-up bar next to it. Above the pull-up bar, literally taped to the ceiling, is the fourth clue.
Clue 5 location
Riddle: "In the Divine's chambers, I stand a trespasser. I hoped the inner sanctum would bring pride, but all that remains is ridicule. I place the final clue hurriedly, unable to stand this night."
Upstairs from the bar is the Operations Center, in which there's a locked room (novice difficulty). Inside there is Rishi Saint's bedroom. In the gap between the bed and the nightstand on the right hand side, you'll find the fifth and final clue. Insert it into the Defunct computer and you should be able to open the safe locks now.
Defunct Safe rewards
Once you open the Defunct safe, you'll get one reward: the "Action figure: Sealed Terrormorph". Grants a 5% chance to make enemies run away during combat on first pickup. Can be sold for 2000 Credits.
