The internet gets a little funny about highly-anticipated games we know almost nothing about. I once covered an fan modding a made-up "elden ring" into Skyrim before Elden Ring came out, since people were going stir crazy for the next trailer. Fans are having similar reactions to GTA 6, and now they're analyzing protagonist Jason's muscles.
Jason's a pretty fit man, it seems based on Rockstar's two existing GTA 6 trailers. That should be inconsequential, but since it's been months and months of fans waiting for trailer three, minutiae is starting to look more interesting. People started making gameplay presumptions based on how Jason looks in two choice moments.

This observation resulted in a windfall of other fans' analysis over what a stronger Jason might mean for the sprawling open-world game. Could there be gyms you need to actively go to? Body modification's been a facet of the series for ages now – but could Grand Theft Auto 6 require you to actually keep a routine and watch your macros? I wouldn't hate that, because I love when games include minor, immersive details that really build the overall atmosphere.
Another user points out in a reply that one of the images of fit Jason could actually be the character after a strenuous mission, thus all tense and rigid, where the other is him much more chilled.
But to me, Occam's razor dictates these screenshots of Jason are probably disparate, unrelated moments that don't mean much of anything. We only have until November to find out for sure, but if Rockstar could drop that next GTA 6 trailer to help confirm sooner, that'd be grand.
