The Nintendo Switch 2 released on June 5, in Australia, with a AU$699.95 RRP. A Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle is also available for AU$769.95. The chaos has arrived, and we're here to help you navigate it.

Unlike the PS5, the Nintendo Switch 2 doesn't seem to be scarce, and we've already seen some solid discounts on the new console. That trend seems to be declining in the weeks after launch, though some outlets like Amazon are offering the console for AU$696, which is slightly cheaper than the RRP.

Can you just wander into a bricks and mortar store and buy a Switch 2? Retailers like The Good Guys and Officeworks are indicating that yes, indeed, you can. I'd still call ahead, though.
