A new poster has been released for Michael Bay’s bodybuilding drama Pain & Gain , featuring Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson looking very buff indeed.
Wahlberg and Johnson star alongside Anthony Mackie as a trio of Miami-based personal trainers who find themselves caught up in a criminal scheme that goes badly wrong.
The boys participate in a kidnapping plot you see, thinking they’ll be on to some easy money, only for things to spiral out of control extremely quickly indeed.
The new poster doesn’t really focus on that side of things, preferring instead to play up the size of the boys guns. Mighty impressive they are too, and perfectly complemented by that deliberately brash tagline, “Their American Dream is bigger than yours.”
Co-starring Ed Harris, Rob Corddry and Rebel Wilson, Pain & Gain will open in the UK on 3 May 2013. In the meantime, you can check out the poster in full, below…
